About me
My journey has brought together many worlds: languages, education, international business, team leadership, projects and diving. In each of these roles, I searched for what was authentic, creative and meaningful, but above all, I was searching for myself. Today, I draw from these experiences to accompany others in discovering their own direction and creating a life that feels aligned with who they are.
I see myself as a courageous mirror. I do not provide ready-made answers. I create a space where people can truly think, look deeper and find their own solutions. I bring together depth and lightness, because my work has room for challenging questions, reflection, metaphors, but also humour and perspective. I believe transformation begins with curiosity and courage, with the moment when we start to truly see ourselves.
Qualifications
I hold a Professional Diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching, the world’s leading transformative coaching training organisation. My training is triple-accredited by the top three global governing bodies in the industry: the International Coaching Federation (ICF Level 2), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC EQA Senior Practitioner), and the Association for Coaching (AC Accredited Diploma in Coach Training).
These prestigious accreditations mean my training has met the highest international standards for coach education, rigorous practical assessment, and strict ethical practice.
